Work on the Wild Side
Monday-Friday, C4 HD, 4pm
Harriet Nimmo had a rewarding job as a charity CEO and a full life in Bristol when a tragic turn of events prompted her and her husband, Mike, to up sticks and start a new life in South Africa.
Their story is one of many featured in a new series, Work on the Wild Side, about Brits who have moved to South Africa to work in conservation. Some have set up their own wildlife rehabilitation centres, while others, like Nimmo, have found roles within conservation charities.
