Her books and seminars ruffle feathers but when women need to spice up their love lives, they call on Mandisa O Mahlobo-Ferro

THE ART OF SEDUCTION

THEY call her Mom and they’ve invited her into their homes and relationships. She’s the woman hundreds of women go to when they’re in desperate need of advice to spice up and bring the spark back into their love lives.

And with the country still in lockdown, her services have never been more in demand.

How do I keep my man interested when we’re cooped up together, they ask? How do I make sure we don’t lose the spark in these trying times?

Seduction and relationship expert Mandisa O Mahlobo-Ferro seems to have all the answers.

Through her organisation, Perfect Gal, Mandisa teaches women the art of seduction.

“Perfect Gal is a women empowerment outfit that gives power in relationships back to its rightful owners – the women,” she says.

And the perfect time to find their happily ever after is now. Being in lockdown doesn’t mean you have to let yourself go, the author tells DRUM, which is what she advises her followers.

“It is important to continue grooming yourself. Wax where you can. Shave your legs. Continue to use your signature scent to lure him. Above all, dress well. Comfortably but well.”

It’s also important to create a routine of sorts with your partner, she says, like watching a movie together at a designated time every day.

The little things matter, she believes, but a bit of me-time will also go a long way towards making you a good partner.

“Set time aside when you will be just by yourself: meditating, reading, exercising, dancing, or just being quiet and breathing.”

Avoid unnecessary fights, Mandisa says.
