India is a land of diversity, diverse seasons, cultures, languages, traditions, festivals and food. Spirituality and the wisdom taught in our ancient Vedas is what keeps this entire nation connected. Our Vedas describe that Gods rejoice in diversity and change is the only constant, which gives us the reason to celebrate the ever-changing creation. There are different festivals celebrated in different seasons. Shravan or the rainy season brings in many colourful festivals like Raksha Bandhan, Janmashtami, Onam and Ganesh Chaturthi. Each of these festivals are connected with wonderful delicacy and sweets hold a special place. From the Mithais in Rakshabandhan to the Modaks in Ganesh Chaturthi our craving for sweets increase in this season.
