YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE
Cotswold Life|February 2020
Whether you’re looking for a week in the sun or a multi-destination month, Julia O’Driscoll is here to help plan your honeymoon
YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE

Honeymoon planning is dependent on budget and timing:

How much holiday can you take from work?

Will your budget stretch to that once in a lifetime luxury trip?

There are so many options that organising your first adventure as newlyweds can be overwhelming. Begin by deciding whether to go away straight after the wedding or to take a minimoon and delay the big trip until later. If you have already pushed your wedding budget to the limit, don’t hurry off on your honeymoon; organise a shorter trip, such as a long weekend in the UK or Europe to soak up the celebratory atmosphere and give yourselves time to reset before bumping back to reality. But if you have the money and simply can’t wait, then pack your bags before the big day and remember to print your boarding passes before saying ‘I do’.
