Titled Bordeaux Terroirs, the masterclass will see accredited tutors Roderic Proniewski and Daisuke Kawai (two of only four in Singapore) explaining the characteristics that make up a Bordeaux wine. They will dive deep into specifics, discussing factors such as environmental and climatic impacts on wine’s sensory characteristics. Saving the best for last, there will be blind tasting of six Bordeaux wines to round off the afternoon—see if your palate is sharp enough to identify all the wines and a decoy too.
