Balancing Sun And Safety

For beautiful skin under the sun.

Linda Miles, Lac, Dom

Hot summer days are here with more time for fun in the sun. But are you remembering to take care of your skin? Even an hour outside can cause skin to dehydrate and burn, leading to long-term damage like brown spots, discoloration, and uneven skin tone. But making a few key adjustments to your summer beauty routine can make all the difference in keeping your skin protected and refreshed.

So how do you protect your skin from sun damage while still reaping the sun’s benefits? The key is balance.
