The manufacturing process includes chopping the papers into desired shapes, rolling the paper with non-toxic extra dark&nbsp;HB2&nbsp;graphite in rolling machines and finally cutting the rolled sheets into pencils.Madhan&nbsp;and his family, who help him in this venture have sold nearly 10,000 pencils in rural areas and are reaching further across the state.
