What is Creative Writing: Anything displaying imagination and original thoughts like- Poetry, Stories, Songs, Movie & Drama scripts, Speeches, Memoirs, Personal Essays, etc. Creative writing is the art of expressing yourself through the written word.
It presents the writer’s thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc. through, carefully chosen words.
It is original writing and may not necessarily be based on facts. That is, it may not be only factual writing although the foundations may very well be rooted in facts.
Through creative writing the writers share their views, and even highlight their feelings so as to capture the attention of readers regarding the subject.
Creative writing is also an effective way to entertain and pass the message at the same time.
