Chris Pratt is used to professional rebirths, having gone from the chubby, loveable sidekick in comedy show Parks and Recreation to the ripped heartthrob hero in blockbuster films like Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World.

But in the past two years, his personal life has seen even bigger changes, with the 40-year-old getting divorced from actress Anna Faris and then married again to author Katherine Schwarzenegger, 30, who’s the daughter of Arnie. So was getting the former bodybuildingaction hero’s seal of approval intimidating?

“Well I mean, there’s the first time I met Arnold and then there’s the first time I ‘met’ Arnold, my father-in-law,” Pratt tells WHO. “[To] all kids, especially of my era, he was a god.”

But having reached superstar status himself by the time he started courting the Terminator’s eldest child, Pratt knew there was more to her legendary dad than power and success.
