You May Kiss The Bride
Dear family and friends, you are cordially invited to the wedding of Brooke and Ridge… again.
Emile Butler-O'Brien

After the drama of Bill (Don Diamont) sleeping with his daughter-in-law Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in March this year and getting her pregnant, the first family of fashion need some joy. And what better way to celebrate than a wedding? Brooke and Ridge (Katherine Kelly Lang and Thorsten Kaye) are hoping that their ninth shot at wedded bliss will be their last as well.

Over the three decades of Bold, the two have made it to the altar 11 times but only married eight times. “There’s always been someone lurking in the dark, someone around the corner to crash the wedding. But this time, it’s meant to be,” Katherine tells us. “This time it’s going to be forever.”

Quinn (Rena Sofer) has told the pair that the Forrester mansion is all theirs for their ceremony. And while Brooke’s estranged sister Donna (Jennifer Garies) makes a surprise appearance on the big day to celebrate Brooke, someone else is going to make Brooke grin from ear to ear with joy. Noticing the empty space above the mantle, the bride suggests hanging a portrait of late Forrester matriarch Stephanie (Susan Flannery). They were the best of frenemies until Stephanie succumbed to cancer in 2013. Alone and staring at the painting, Brooke hears Stephanie voice, telling her, “My little slut from the valley, today you marry my son and I want you to take good care of him and the family. I know I can trust you.”
