Former church lady Gabisile (Baby Cele) seems to have joined Satan’s army as she tortures her fellow wife MaMlambo (Gugu Gumede) under Nkunzi’s (Masoja Msiza) roof. “She brought this young girl MaZaza (Sphelele Mzimela) to meet Nkunzi [in the first week of November]. She knows that he loves women. That is the worst, to bring in someone that Nkunzi is going to fall for,” says a mildly horrified Baby. And lately, when Gabi isn’t making life hell in the house, she’s been sneaking out for action with her toyboy lodger Khehla (Thobani Nzuza).
But Gabisile’s uncharacteristic new obsessions aren’t only affecting her targets in the Mhlongo house. When Gabi’s son Sibonelo (Wiseman Mncube) takes desperate action in the last week of November, she’ll be forced to take a hard look at who she has become.
