One not-so-little secret is about to destroy Mokgadi’s marriage.
The Maputla family’s perfect daughter-in-law Mokgadi (Pebetsi Malaitja) is always on top of her game. As Turf loop’s most fearless journalist, she fights for the truth and holds the wrong accountable for their actions. But on Wednesday 15 March, it seems like there are a few skeletons in Mokgadi’s closet. Her meddling mother-in-law Meikie (Harriet Manamela) is the first to sense nervousness about Mokgadi, which arouses her suspicions. “Meikie’s right!” says Pebetsi. “Mokgadi’s hiding a secret that could tear her life apart.” She does everything she can to keep her in-laws and especially her hubby Leeto (Eric Macheru) in the dark about it, but the truth always has a way of coming out…
