AT the age of 4, Megan Fairchild was already in ballet shoes — and by the time she turned 20, the Salt Lake City native was a principal dancer with the New York City Ballet. Though dance may have been her first love, the Swan Lake star, now 35, also dreamed of becoming a mother. During her pregnancy, however, her abdominal muscles separated, necessitating a cesarean section for the birth of her first child, Tullie. Resculpting her body after pregnancy was another challenge, but with the help of the new TruSculpt Flex treatment — which engages core muscles with a noninvasive computerized machine in short 45-minute sessions — the dancer is ready to take the stage, she tells Star.
