HEATHER Locklear seemed like her old self again. Making a rare appearance on Instagram on March 27 — after lying low since completing court-ordered rehab in September — the actress gave a heartfelt thanks to the first responders, doctors and delivery people working on the front lines amid the coronavirus crisis. Still looking pale and fragile, the 58-year-old then struck a playful note, referring to her beloved Melrose Place character, Amanda Woodward. “I want to let you all know that the ’90s are back,” she joked, pointing to the dark roots on her famous blonde tresses. “Amanda Woodward’s roots are alive and well, and I think we should embrace it ladies — and a few men.”
