Why did you decide to start a travel line?
Travel is my passion, that will never change; my love for it is a forever thing. I have a #SHAYCATION travel series on my YouTube channel where I document my adventures around the world, and I was frustrated by not finding luggage that fulfilled all of my needs. I started to sketch and develop a line where style, function and affordability — everything here is under $100 — were the key components and soon BÉIS, which means beige in Spanish, and is a color I absolutely love, was born.
