At 50, it’s no secret that Jennifer Lopez is in the best shape of her life – after all, she recently dropped five kilos with a diet and workout tweak. And we can’t deny it, she’s looking absolutely flawless! But how has the star managed to bag her best body ever, and what exactly does she do to remain as fit and enviably toned as she does?

JLo is known to hit the gym every morning – without fail – for at least a quick 20-minute sweat session ahead of her demanding workday.

‘I don’t like doing it later; it’s harder to get [to the gym] when I have my day already going,’ she says. And while she ensures her body is always on the go, she relies on two distinct personal trainers to avoid plateauing.

HER GO-TO TONING TIPS

Despite her tiring international travels, Jennifer begins every day with an intensive workout. With the help of two trainers she has achieved sculpted abs, toned arms and a pert booty. ‘I could serve coffee using my rear as a ledge,’ she jokes.
