JLo is known to hit the gym every morning – without fail – for at least a quick 20-minute sweat session ahead of her demanding workday.
‘I don’t like doing it later; it’s harder to get [to the gym] when I have my day already going,’ she says. And while she ensures her body is always on the go, she relies on two distinct personal trainers to avoid plateauing.

Despite her tiring international travels, Jennifer begins every day with an intensive workout. With the help of two trainers she has achieved sculpted abs, toned arms and a pert booty. ‘I could serve coffee using my rear as a ledge,’ she jokes.
