DIVA Duchess Meghan is reeling after her highly anticipated Hollywood comeback in a Disney documentary was savaged by critics, insiders told The National ENQUIRER!

After exploding in fury when reviewers branded her narration of the Disneynature film “Elephant” as “schmaltzy” and “cheesy,” Prince Harry’s wife broke down in tears — then “expressed total disbelief” anyone could pan her “exceptional performance,” an insider said.

“This was to be Meghan’s triumphant return to Tinseltown — and she blew it!” dished the insider. “She only got the job after Harry made a shameless red carpet pitch to then Disney CEO Bob Iger to get her voiceover work.

“Now her ego is taking a beating, and her dream of taking Tinseltown by storm has turned into a nightmare.”

Meghan, 38, was a B-list actress in the TV drama “Suits” before she married Harry, 35, in 2018 and gave up acting to become Duchess of Sussex.

“But she hated royal life and convinced her henpecked husband their future lay in her hometown, Los Angeles,” a palace courtier told The ENQUIRER.

“She said she’d be a superstar and studios would line up with megabucks movie offers. Unfortunately, her dismal Disney debut just crushed that!
