“The Duchess of Sussex believed that in light of all the charity work her mom, Doria Ragland, has done, she deserved to receive a position of status from the monarchy,” a well-placed source told The National ENQUIRER.
“Meghan would have been happy if the queen made Doria a countess, or even just a lady or baroness.”
