Ed, 49, filed to dismiss the civil suit brought by former FOX Business associate producer Jennifer Eckhart, who accused him of a twisted hotel sex attack!
His attorneys claimed Jennifer was trying to “paint a false and libelous narrative of what was clearly a consensual relationship between two adults.”
