1 JUST EAT REAL FOOD

Liz isn’t big on supplements and her mantra is that fresh is best. “I have my own organic farm, so eat only my own meat and vegetables,” the ageless stunner explains. “I buy everything else from a local farmers’ market and health-food shops. I eat very little processed food.”

2 GET IN THE CHILL ZONE

Recently Liz checked into the VIVAMAYR spa in Austria in search of a little R&R. “They taught me to relax,” the Austin Powers glamazon says. “I learned to sit still, put my phone down and enjoy my food.” While it may be a small change, it made a big difference: “My digestion has improved since I followed that advice.”

3 DITCH THE TOXINS
