Former model Susanna Moore says she got her first showbiz break as a barely clad extra in the 1967 Dean Martin comedy spy film, The Ambushers — and it opened her eyes to the swinging side of Hollywood.
On location in Mexico, Dean was “supplied with girls and pills” by his agent, she writes in her memoir, Miss Aluminum.
Susanna, 74, adds: “Misbehavior on location was not only mostly ignored but expected: an implicit, almost contractual perk that included alcohol, drugs and sex.”
