A CALLOUS killer was caught red-handed at his New York home as he hacked up the body of his wife, officials say.
State troopers doing a welfare check on 34-year-old Amber Farren say they discovered her husband, Philip, chopping up a corpse in the backyard of his rural residence near Buffalo.
According to authorities, Farren, 52, initially told law enforcement Amber had “left the area.”
