According to the World Bank, a 10-percentage increase in broadband penetration raises GDP of a country by 1.48 percent approximately. Therefore, the importance of telecom services is indispensable for an inclusive development of the society.
“The expansion of 4G services, improved affordability, penetration of smartphones, and surge in data demand have opened up new opportunities for the telecom tower industry,” says Tilak Raj Dua, Director General, TAIPA.
