How To Understand It Is Time To Quit?

Is Sunday night becoming a nightmare for you??? Is it a horror like feeling to go to office on a Monday morning??? Are you counting your days constantly for the weekend??? These signs are just indicating you that it is the time to quit as professional work of a person takes up nearly 70% of his/her life. The passion is what keeps the person motivated to do more and more work enthusiastically. If there is a decline in the level of passion, then definitely it is the time to call it quits and to move on. In fact passion is the substance which keeps you alive in personal as well as in professional life. Without passion there is no worth of retaining either work or a relationship.

But the biggest question here arrives is that when does the person feel or is sure that it is time to call a quit. There are certainly some signs which show that you are no longer fit for the long run. While it is easy to say but never a simple task to say a goodbye change can be frightening and often quitting feels like failure especially if a person is holding a top level in the organization and has vested a lot of effort for his personal as well as his organizational growth. However, it is better late than never. Let’s have a look at some of the signs and symptoms which shows that you are no longer fit enough (physical and mental) to be the part of an organization and it is ideal time for you to quit.

You are not happy with what you are doing- One of the major indication of calling quits is your feeling towards your everyday work. If majority of the time there is the sense of unhappiness, depressive and a touch of irritation with all the work you do, there is a clear indication that the situation is becoming serious and it needs to be quickly dealt with. You are no longer attached to the work and it is the best time to bid adieu to it.
