Excellent Communication = Triumph
The Observer of Management Education|December 2016

Communication is a means to connect with the world. It is a vital tool, through which you can share your ideas, opinions, etc.

John Pereira
Excellent Communication = Triumph

It is very difficult to adjust, if there is a communication barricade between two people. It is needed to improve relations, encourage a person, influence and understand someone. Communication is the only important medium for smooth working. In business and at the workplace, on the domestic front and in our social lives, we all stand to benefit from more effective communication skills. We crave for more fulfilling interpersonal relationships.

What Communication means:

Communication means the way a sender transfers information, with the use of a medium, to the receiver in a way that the information transferred is understood by both the sender and the receiver. It is a procedure that allows organisms to swap information by many methods. The main factor of a communication procedure is that all parties understand a common language that is exchanged. There are auditory means, such as speaking, singing, and sometimes, tone of voice, and nonverbal, physical means, such as body language, sign language, paralanguage, touch, eye contact, or the use of writing.

This process requires a vast range of expertise in intrapersonal and interpersonal processing, listening, observing, speaking, questioning, analysing, and evaluating. Use of these processes is developmental, and transfers to all areas of life: home, school, community, work, and beyond.
