Little Caesars Pizza has recently made its foray into the Indian market. Why did it take that long to enter India?

We are very excited to have opened our first stores in India. Little Caesars is a franchise business and having the right partner is vital. We believe that we have found the perfect partner in our franchisee Phoenix Nexus. Phoenix Nexus also owns several Little Caesars locations in the United States, so they have a strong understanding and passion for this business.

Why did you choose Ahmedabad location for your first outlets?

Like I said, having the right franchisee partner is critical. Nandish Patel, CEO of our franchisee partner Phoenix Nexus, is originally from Ahmedabad. He understands this market and customers very well and has strong ties to this community. Hence we chose this city.
