Leadership Wisdom Of Jay Walder And Business Insights Of Virgin Hyperloop One

What has been the major impact on the mobility sector due to pandemic? How have plans of mobility attained a setback due to these tough times on a whole?

Jay Walder: The world is not going to be the same and we need to rebuild. The important question for Hyperloop is how we are going to invest smartly. In fact, mobility did not have form of mass transportation over the past few years. The changes in shipping & logistics and work being execute on highway allow us to think differently. Apart from rebuilding, we look forward to hyper-changes to be emerged in the 21st Century. Our path-breaking strategy has been an outcome of the perception of pandemic as a continuation and an imperative at present. Among our various initiatives, the study of Hyperloop networking in Saudi Arabia showed the connectivity from all the cities in less than one hour. We are continuing to work with the state of Maharashtra on Pune to Mumbai project that supports 150 Million intercity transports. The idea is how to create job opportunities in India and how to source locally to move forward amidst & post pandemic. In the US, we are leading the charge of Hyperloop certification track. This project was initiated in the November, last year and gradually, we expanded it into every state of the US. We received 90 proposals from State’s host for Hyperloop networking.
