We have an established a business continuity plan (BCP) and as advised by the central and state governments, we initiated work from home (WFH) for our employees last month. The priority for us is the safety of our employees, their morale and emotional connect, which will help take things ahead. The HR team is engaging with the employees every day about their own and their family’s wellbeing while looking into the training needs of teams across the organisation - we are a caring organisation and firmly believe that happy employees will have happy customers.
To make effective use of time, we have started with online training courses both functional as well as behavioural for our employees and for our business partners – we have to get back with a sharper business acumen and motivated team. Till date, over 70 per cent of our employees have willingly participated in such interventions. We are heavily leveraging on our technology investment which is ensuring operational robustness to serve our customers even in such testing times.
