The Bay of Afriartis offers the perfect place to unwind except on the water. The centre is sociable with options for mountain bikes tours and climbing.

Winds can reach force 8 on big days in July and August but you can also windsurf here from March to the end of November with less strong conditions. Nearby boutique hotels offer tennis, horse riding and yoga. The town is a collection of Moorish buildings and cobbled streets with many shops, restaurants and bars open late into the night, great for a short break.
