What is S-CCI and what products do you make? Which are the companies that you cater to?

S- CCI India Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture company with CCI corporation of Japan. We started operations way back in 1985 and we are the first company to bring coolants in India. This is our main plant from where we cater to all the OEM requirements; we call it the Bhavadi Plant. We have another plant in Sitarganj, Uttarakhand which is mainly for the replacement market requirements. In the Bhivadi plant we have a production capacity of more than 20,000kl per annum, in a single shift basis.

Do you have any plans for expansion?

We are now setting up a plant in Mehsana, Gujarat because many OEMs have come up in the region including Suzuki Motor Corporation, Ford and Tata Motors. The Gujarat plant will be ready by 2020 and we will be starting production from there. We also have a future plan to set up a plant in Chennai and have already procured land there.
