For starters, how different is it from its predecessor, the Tiger 800? A lot is what I feel. It is 5kgs lighter as a result of new lightweight modular frame, new lighter-weight engine, high specification suspension and premium Brembo brakes. The bike gets a tubular steel frame with a bolt-on rear sub-frame and pillion hangers.
The balance is great, ensuring even greater handling in all riding scenarios. The centre of gravity of the bike has been revised, moving 40mm forward and 20mm down compared with the predecessor Tiger 800.

BMW iX E-Car Achieves 5-Stars In Euro NCAP Test
The BMW iX premium electric car which has been launched in India, has achieved five-star ratings in all test categories of the Euro NCAP crash test. In the assessment of adult occupant protection, the testers highlighted among other features the effectiveness of the new interactive airbag between the driver and front passenger seats, which provides additional protection against injury in the event of a side collision.
