Need a solid road-trip companion? The Hyundai Creta has got your back
#RECHARGEWITHCRETA

Working from home used to be fun at one point. One could get an incredible amount of work done from the comfort of one’s own house without worrying about the commute. However, things change; now it feels more like you’re sleeping at work rather than working at home. One fine weekend, I decided to take matters into my own hands and take a break from work. It’s been a few months since I’ve been on a proper road trip, so asked a few of my equally frustrated friends to take the weekend off and explore the great outdoors with me.

Now, there are plenty of scenic locations a stone’s throw away from Mumbai, but because they’re so close they attract a lot of people, and even during lockdowns some of these locations got pretty crowded. After being cooped up at home, the last thing we wanted to see was a crowd, so we set off in search for some quiet and calm. Now the only question that remained was which car to take, and it didn’t take long to pick the new Hyundai Creta.

My friends hadn’t been in the new Creta yet and this was the perfect chance to prove to them that it’s the best road trip partner there is. As we got to the car, they took one look at its imposing front and were already fans. In this Deep Forest shade, the design of the new Creta really shines through. The body-to-glass proportion is near perfect, too, and its road presence is undeniable. It gathered people around itself wherever I parked it, even now with thousands of new Cretas already on the roads. In fact, in total, there are over 5 lakh Cretas on the road now, and it’s not hard to see why when you step into the car.
