Stunning Yard Built series Yamaha XSR700 special by Ad Hoc Café Racers

Yamaha’s XSR700 has been transformed into a hardcore street tracker by Spain’s Ad Hoc Café Racers.

Ad Hoc’s David Gonzalez is no stranger to customising Yamahas. The Barcelona-based custom builder has already received recognition for his work with the XJ650 and XJ750, stripping and re-working the classic machines before finishing with just the right amount of powder-coated, one-off pieces to make a mark. For the Yard Built XSR700 Otokomae, Gonzalez has created a street tracker with style; a tough, mean custom with bold colours that really stands out.

The bike has been created as part of Yamaha’s Yard Built scheme where spanner spinners are challenged to come up with something special – but without serious cutting or welding.
