When were you first interesting in tattooing?

Working in some of my first cafe jobs, as a girl in church—the tattooed boys were rather impressive... I must say, it started as an attraction to a culture and turned into a love for an art form.

What was your first shop experience like?

I have been a lucky girl. Adorned Empire has been an incredible start to my career, Jasmin Austin has been a generous teacher and given me a lot of freedom to create and work as I fancied. Working in a private studio has been a pretty luxurious apprenticeship, I must admit. It’s always been a great environment with the crew at Adorned, real chilled. It’s been a sanctuary for me through the ups and downs of life over the past years too, a second home, so I have a lot of love for the place and the people who have come through over the years. I’m actually about to begin a new adventure down the road at WA Ink though, so very excited for the future at the moment.
