It can be frustrating when you’ve spent a lot of time building your skeleton, making sure the orientations are correct and the rotation orders are just as you need them, only for the joints to bend in an unpredictable way when you eventually add IK.
Why will the elbow not stay behind the arm? Why is it shooting up instead? Were the joints orientated correctly? Perhaps the IK isn’t configured the right way, or maybe it’s the pole vector?
