The National Capital is finally set to get its very own World Trade Centre (WTC)—a state-of-the-art commercial and office complex that is slated to be the new urban hub in South Delhi. Billed to be amongst the world’s largest office buildings—at over six million square feet—this will be a landmark addition to Delhi’s corporate cityscape. In a city where the best offices are either in much older buildings or outside in the suburbs, the WTC will be a premier and preferred address for the best corporates.
Started as a commercial redevelopment of Nauroji Nagar, the project was transformed when NBCC (India) collaborated with WTCA (World Trade Centers Association) to bring this one stop business destination to New Delhi. The masterplan strategically utilises the road frontage to the maximum, providing road visibility to all the buildings. It features a landscaped foreground, creating a buffer between site and surroundings and allowing for a grand and inviting entrance.
