Archie’s life changed for the best when he was finally adopted
Wendy McWilliams
Sir Archie's Tale

We first became aware of Archie in 2014 when a concerned neighbour sent us photos of him on a chain in a scrapyard, hardly room for him to move, surrounded by clutter and clearly no place for a Bull Terrier. We were desperate to help him, but shortly after we received another message to say he was now at a “high-kill shelter” – so we approached them, and fortunately, Archie was soon signed over to us at Adorabull Bull Terrier Rescue. It was clear Archie had had a dreadful life. In the beginning, he took ages over his walk and loved to stop and smell the grass. He also got very concerned when he heard a sneeze for the first time – there was so much that was new to him.
