Food festival prepares to celebrate the very best Cornwall has to offer

THE award-winning Porthleven Food Festival is set to return tomorrow offering visitors three days of foodie heaven with some of the region's top chefs - and a few celebrity names thrown in the mix.

The free-to-attend event will be regaling festival goers with cooking demos and food tips as it celebrates Cornwall's place as one of the nation's leading food and drink destinations.

The annual three-day event, which attracts about 35,000 visitors, will feature TV chefs Antony Worral Thompson, Adam Handling and Tom Brown.

Festival patron Jude Kereama said: "We're stoked to bring together such a talented line-up of chefs these guys are some of the best in the business, the real movers and shakers of the industry. Expect great demonstrations, brilliant seasonal food, heaps of fun, and lots of interesting conversations over the weekend."
