'Good day to send a message': SC denies bail to ISIS terror accused

THE Supreme Court on Tuesday, without mentioning the Delhi blast, denied bail to a man allegedly associated with the proscribed Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) outfit, not ing that he has been accused of trying to create a "ring of terror" in the country.
The apex court's two-judge bench comprising of Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta, refused to grant bail to the accused, Syed Mamoor Ali, and said, "it was the best morning to send a message," in the case.
