WeWork public issue likely in the first week of October

FLEXIBLE workspace pioneer Wework India Management, which leads the segment in terms of revenue, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) in the first week of October.
The company is planning to mop-up around Rs 3,000 crore. It received the final approval for the IPO in July.
Recently, co-working space providers such as Smartworks, Awfis, IndiQube, and DevX listed and received an overwhelming response from investors.
WeWork India has also reportedly garnered strong investor interest during its road shows, according to market sources.
