Strong interest in yetto-be built apartments

A NINE-storey block of flats being built on Plymouth's waterfront is on course for completion in early 2023 and potential purchasers are already lining up to buy the apartments. Sutton Harbour Group Plc said the units are attracting attention as the company revealed its estate had increased in value to £54.17m.

The company started construction work on Harbour Arch Quay, a 14-apartment tower, in February 2022 with works now emerging from the ground. In a statement to investors, the AIM-listed company said: "Completion is scheduled for early Spring 2023. Strong interest is being received from potential purchasers for the high-specification units, all of which have direct South West facing views over Sutton Harbour."
