Witnesses told The Herald there was a large police presence at Woodland Terrace Lane, and claimed that a woman had been attacked.
Police confirmed yesterday that they were called at 8.35am to a property in Greenbank Road - which runs parallel to Woodland Terrace Lane - following reports that "a person had sustained a stab wound".
