OpenAI has unveiled its new fl agship artifi cial intelligence model, GPT-4o , as well as updates i nclud ing a new desktop service and improvements to its voice assistant .

OpenAI reveals new faster and free version of flagship model

The company’s chief technology offi cer, Mira Murati , appeared on stage to a cheering crowd at its San Francisco offi ces, touting GPT-4o as a step forward in AI . The new model will bring the faster, more accurate GPT-4 to free users that was previously only for paying customers.
