In a statement on Monday, the federal probe agency also charged that former Chhattisgarh State Marketing Corporation Limited (CSMCL) Managing Director Arun Pati Tripathi “corrupted the entire liquor system of Chhattisgarh at the insistence of Anwar Dhebar.” Tripathi, an Indian Telecom Service (ITS) officer, was the fourth person arrested in the case by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) last week. He also held the position of special secretary in the state excise department.
