SA women up for challenge

South Africa's Proteas women's team will be gunning for a third straight win at the World Cup in India and Sri Lanka today when they take on Bangladesh in Visakhapatnam.

Laura Wolvaardt and her team go into the game full of confidence after pulling off a stunning, upset win against India late last week, while a few days before that win they also beat New Zealand.

The Proteas opened their campaign with a crushing defeat by England, but they seem to have put that loss well and truly behind them.

While they'll be favourites to topple Bangladesh, pace bowler Tumi Sekhukhune (below) said no team at the tournament could be taken lightly.
