A WANTED driver who sped the wrong way along a motorway hard shoulder has been jailed.

Driver did 98mph on wrong side of motorway

Kieran Philibin, from Stockport, reached 98mph while being chased by police on the M65.

At about 8.30pm on July 31, Lancashire police officers were looking for a blue Ford Fiesta which was believed to be using false registration plates. The vehicle was registered to Philibin.
