Man accused of murdering 'violent death' wish woman

A BRITISH woman seeking a violent death travelled to the US to have a man kill her, police say.

Sonia Exelby flew alone to Florida and was sexually abused and tortured before being killed and buried in a shallow grave, US detectives say.

The 32-year-old was reported missing by concerned loved ones after she failed to board her flight home on October 13.

UK police contacted the Florida Department of Law Enforcement through Interpol, warning that she was suicidal and was feared to be meeting someone who would kill her violently.
