The provincial decider will act as the curtain-raiser to the men's decider between Dublin and Kildare.
"We have been really lucky in the past few years to be involved in double headers and I think it's something that draws a big crowd," says Duggan.
"Hopefully it's something that can continue across the country, it's brilliant for both men's and ladies football."
