PUBS and cafés are recruiting lags at the first-ever jobs fairs in prisons.
Some inmates have secured as many as three offers on their release as firms look to tackle labour shortages.
Employers from 20 hospitality firms including Greene King, Starbucks and hotel groups Hilton and Novotel attended 50 jails as part of the drive.
