Derek Roan, 71, who starred on BBC Two documentary This Farming Life, died in a horrific clash with livestock at his farm on June 19 last year.
Emergency services were called to Barnbarroch Farm near Dalbeattie in Dumfries and Galloway, where the grandfather-of-six was found lying unconscious.
